"Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you."
2. Constructive Discussions – Colossians 4:6
"Let your conversation be gracious and attractive so that you will have the right response for everyone."
3. Faith-Based Integrity – 2 Timothy 2:15
"Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth."
4. No Spam, Promotions, or Self-Promotion – Philippians 2:3-4
"Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too."
5. No Politics – Philippians 3:20
"But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior."

7. Privacy & Security – Proverbs 11:13

8. Moderation Authority – Hebrews 13:17
"Obey your spiritual leaders, and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this with joy and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit."
Enforcement Measures
Tier 1: Friendly Reminders (Minor Issues) – Galatians 6:1
"Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself."
Tier 2: Warnings & Post Moderation (Repeated Issues) – Proverbs 15:31
"If you listen to constructive criticism, you will be at home among the wise."
Tier 3: Temporary Mute (Persistent Issues) – Titus 3:10
"If people are causing divisions among you, give a first and second warning. After that, have nothing more to do with them."
Tier 4: Removal from the Community (Severe or Repeated Violations) – Matthew 18:17
"If the person still refuses to listen, take your case to the church. Then if he or she won’t accept the church’s decision, treat that person as a pagan or a corrupt tax collector."
Reporting & Appeal Process
Reporting Issues – 1 Corinthians 5:12
"It isn’t my responsibility to judge outsiders, but it certainly is your responsibility to judge those inside the church who are sinning."
Appeal Process – Isaiah 1:18
"Come now, let’s settle this," says the Lord.
