On Leadership

When the church becomes a fan club for personalities, it forgets who the real head of the body is. Paul confronted the early believers who said, “I follow Paul” or “I follow Apollos.” He asked, “Has Christ been divided?” (1 Corinthians 1:12-13). The same question still needs asking today.The church doesn’t need stars—it needs servants. The gospel was never meant to build platforms but to build people. Christ alone holds the body together (Colossians 1:18).
