Release Resentment

Forgiveness is one of the hardest gifts to give, but it’s also one of the most freeing. Paul writes, “Forgive anyone who offends you… Remember, the Lord forgave you.” (Colossians 3:13). Forgiveness doesn’t erase the hurt — it loosens the grip it has on your heart.

You don’t have to fix everything today. Just let go of one resentment. One bitterness that’s been taking up too much space. One memory that keeps reopening a wound. In doing so, you make room for joy and softness to return.

Good news becomes real when we refuse to carry what Christ already carried for us. Letting go — even a little — is how healing begins.

Be good news today: release one small resentment. Forgiveness doesn’t erase the hurt, but it loosens its grip. Christ forgave us, so we let our hearts breathe again. (Colossians 3:13)
